About Autus
Autus is the Latin word for growth. As the founder of Autus Counselling and Wellbeing, I believe that everyone is capable of personal growth. This leads to a deeper sense of self, improved confidence and the ability to adapt to life's challenges.
By providing humanistic and integrative counselling we can work together to explore and understand the issues you may be facing. This means I can offer a tailored approach to counselling sessions using techniques which are appropriate to you as the client, for example, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and creative interventions.
